The trip was excellent and we all loved the hamam at the Kervansaray Hotel in Bursa. Istanbul of course was out of this world. Having settled back at work for about a week, I thought I should write to you. I want to tell you the Sue and I had a sensational time while we were in Turkey. We fell in love with the country, but I think this was very much as a result of the wonderful tour provided by your company and, most especially, our marvellous guide, Bulent. His knowledge of all the areas that we visited was comprehensive and we learned a great deal about your history, religion and people that has really caused us to view your country in a different light than we had previously. I also thank him for his patience and kindness throughout the trip.

My brother, Barry is still going to Turkey, but not until October 2004. He will contact you in due course. I am also hoping to send other Australians over to see Turkey (we are really raving about the trip). I will naturally refer them to you.

I have been somewhat slack in sending this email, but employment events took over somewhat.

The reason for the email is to pass on Margaret and my appreciation for the effort you guy's went too on the tour to Gallipoli in April. Clearly this trip is one of the high-lights of my life and the information that you gave use in regards to the sea and land battles, this filled in some of the gaps in my knowledge and put into perceptive with my grandfathers diary from his time in the Great War.

In regards to the company you work for, I can not praise them enough. This was the first time that I have booked travel over the internet and like most people, had my doubts whether things would work out. Will, every pleased to say that things were will in exceed of my expectations and hope that there may be a opportunity of using the company in the future.
