DAY 1
Arrive in Istanbul Airport, where you will be met by our representative, for a private transfer to your hotel. After check-in, you will be given a brief orientation by your English-speaking guide, with the remainder of the day free to spend at your own leisure. Overnight in Istanbul.

DAY 2
After breakfast at the hotel, meet your guide for a full day Old City tour. The tour begins with a visit to the Imperial Palace of Topkapi, from which Ottoman Sultans ruled their grand empire for over 400 years, with Treasury section included. Following a lunch break in the old town, you will visit Hagia Sophia, a 5th century church, once the greatest in all the world. The next stop is at the Blue Mosque, renowned for its striking blue Iznik tiled interior. The ancient Roman Hippodrome follows, featuring the Egyptian Obelisk and other monuments. The tour ends with a final stop-off at the world famous Grand Bazaar - a shopper's paradise of over 4000 authentic shops. Overnight in Istanbul.

DAY 3
Transfer to the airport and fly to Izmir and visit the spectacular site of Pergamom. The visits will include Acropolis that has numerous remains including the celebrated Library, the steepest Theatre of Anatolia, the Temples of Trajan and Dionysos, the place of the monumental Altar of Zeus famous with the relief of God and devils, the Sanctuary of Demeter, the Gymnasium situated on terraces, the lower Agora. After a delicious lunch with Turkish specialties, you will visit the Archaeological Museum of Bergama, later proceed to the Medical Center of the ancient world, Asclepion, a highly significant medical center in the ancient world where the first pyschological Treatment had been used and which was dedicated to the God of Health, Asclepios. Then drive back to Kusadasi. Overnight in Kusadasi.

DAY 4
Today is entirely dedicated to Ephesus with its ruins in and around this best preserved and restored ancient city in Turkey: You will visit to Ephesus which is known to be the commercial, religious and the social center of antiquity, and one of the highlights of any visit in Turkey. Ephesus is probably the best combination of Greek, Roman and Byzantine civilizations. With the mithological stories and spectacular ruins you will feel the life in ancient Ephesus. You will visit the Fountains of Trajan, Polio, the Temples of Hadrian and Domition, the Library of Celcius, Varius and Scolasticia Baths, Bouloterion and the Great Theatre with a capacity of 24.000 spectators. After lunch break, you will visit the House of Virgin Mary, where she spent last days of her life as well as the Archaeological Museum of Ephesus in Selcuk. Then drive back to Kusadasi. Overnight in Kusadasi.

DAY 5
Today you will have the full day excursion to the three ancient cities of Priene, Miletus and Didyma near Kusadasi. Priene was one of the most active ports of the lonian Federation. The city is the oldest example of geometric city planning. Miletus which has provided its alphabeth to the rest of the classical world, was a great port and the hometown of several philosophers and sages. Didyma's Temple of Apollo with its very well-known oracles was one of the most sacred places of antiquity. Although looted and burnt many times, it keeps all the original impression. Not far from the site you face the beautiful beach of Altinkum. You will be driven back to your hotel in Kusadasi afterwards. Overnight in Kusadasi.

DAY 6
Today you will have a full day excursion to Pamukkale also known as `Cotton Castle`, the spectacular natural site, unique in the world with the fairylike, dazzling white and patrified cascade. There you will see the thermal spring water laden with clacareous salt, plunging down the mountain-side has created this natural formation of stalactites, cataracts and basins. The thermal water has been used since the Roman period for the therapeutic powers. After lunch break, you will visit the Roman city of Hierapolis with Apollo-Temple competing with Delphi, Monumental Nympheum a 4th century Basilica and the Theatre. You will also visit the best preserved Necropolis. Then drive back to Kusadasi. Overnight in Kusadasi.

DAY 7
After breakfast at your hotel in Kusadasi, you will be transferred to Izmir Airport. Flight from Izmir back to Istanbul. Arrival and transfer to your hotel. Free afternoon at your own leisure. Overnight in Istanbul.

DAY 8
Transfer from your hotel to the airport. Departure from Istanbul.
